It depends on the type of event. For weddings, book as early as possible — popular KC dates fill fast, especially spring and fall. For corporate events and galas, 3-6 months is ideal. For smaller events like birthday parties or bridal showers, a few weeks to a couple of months is plenty. Not sure if your timeline works? Reach out — I’ll always be honest about what’s possible.

◇ Coordination + Event Management — starts 6-8 weeks out. I finalize details, manage vendors, build your timeline, run rehearsal, and manage the full day.

◇ Partial Planning — you stay in the driver’s seat with my guidance, check-ins, and full day-of management.

Yes. A venue coordinator works for the venue — they manage the space and staff. I work for you. I’m there to wrangle your wedding party, cue your DJ, manage your photographer’s timeline, and make sure your vision comes to life exactly as you planned. Two very different jobs.

Something always does, that’s just events. My approach is equal parts calm and decisive. I assess, make a plan, and handle it — usually before you even know there was an issue. If it affects you directly, I come to you with a solution, not just a problem. Putting out fires is my job, and I genuinely love it.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due in full 60 days before your event, with flexible custom payment plan options available in between.

Serving Kansas City & Surrounding Areas — based in Overland Park, proudly serving all of Johnson County, KS and the greater KC metro. That includes Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Lenexa, Leawood, Prairie Village, Merriam, Mission, Gardner, Spring Hill, Roeland Park, Westwood, Fairway, Lake Quivira, De Soto, Edgerton, and all surrounding communities on both the Kansas and Missouri sides.
