We'll schedule a consultation call - or - you can fill out a quick online questionnaire where we go through your vision, your budget, and what you actually need. This call is just a conversation. My job is to listen, ask the right questions, and figure out if we're a great fit. Most of the time, we are.

Step 2: Custom Proposal & Booking
After our call, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining the package that fits your event best. If something needs adjusting, we adjust it — nothing is one-size-fits-all here. Once you're ready to move forward, a signed contract and 50% deposit officially secures your date. That's it. You're locked in, and so am I.

Step 3: Planning & Coordination
This is where the real work happens — and where having me in your corner makes the biggest difference. Depending on your package, I'll be your vendor resource, your timeline architect, and your sounding board throughout the entire planning process. You'll never wonder what's next or feel like you're figuring it out alone.

Step 4: Final Details & Event Prep
